
With some recent appliance-based renos to our kitchen, I’ve been able to consolidate my kitchen experiments into one space instead of on every windowsill within sight. In a tribute to the short lived enjoyment of Brad’s fermentation experiments on Bon Appetit, this will be my own Fermentation Station~

Currently stocked with 5 jars of future apple cider vinegar, it’s also the home for the pair of my kombucha mothers that I’ve been neglecting for some time now. They’re continuing to grow and suck down the sweet tea it’s been marinating in and I’ll probably whip up a new batch of it in a couple of weeks and try some fall/winter themed flavors~
